We have taken the time to wade through all the advice from REC, BIS and PCG in order to compile this quick guide for our clients and contractors to understand how AWR will affect them. In brief, we believe that the answer is, the high level professionals that contract with us will not fall into the category of "temporary agency worker" and therefore the AWR does not apply. Having said that every client, contractor and assignment is different so please take the time to read the guidelines and if in doubt take independent advice.
