REC Compliance Test

Open Spaces are very pleased to announce that the company has passed the REC compliance test with 100% pass rate. This was successfully achieved in June 2021.

The UK recruitment industry is heavily regulated and recruiters are bound by law to meet certain standards. Open Spaces is a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), it must also adhere to the REC Code of Professional Practice, which goes beyond the statutory rules.
